Larvetta L. Loftin is the CEO and Founder of the L3 Agency (formerly L3 Eventeurs).
For over 18 years, she and her company have been responsible for executing marketing and branding campaigns for Verizon, Bacardi, Toyota, McDonald’s, CVS Pharmacy, The Chicago Community Trust, and ComEd to name a few.
While growing the L3 Agency, Larvetta has also built a hugely successful career as a brand marketing strategist, authentic speaker, media personality, master networker, community advocate, and social entrepreneur. As a successful industry leader for 20 years, she seized the opportunity to pivot her agency to become the pre-eminent marketing and communications consultancy for brands targeting Women, Millennials, and Gen Z.
Larvetta has received numerous awards for her own personal achievements, but she firmly believes in a collaborative, relationship-forward approach when it comes to working with clients. She also serves on the Chicago Leadership Team for Upward Women.
In her free time, Larvetta mentors and empowers young women and girls desiring to create their own scalable businesses, always encouraging them with her motto, “doing what you love with kindness, grace, and excellence.”

Larvetta’s knowledge of event activation, public relations and marketing communications allowed for us to do our first regional salon expansion in the Midwest. Larvetta and her team were instrumental in planning, coordinating and executing a grand opening that included local and national influencers as well as local community political leaders. In addition, they planned and executed five video productions that significantly accelerated the awareness and demand of our business. Larvetta’s work was directly responsible for Chicago Crain’s Magazine citing Huetiful in their 2015 “Best of Chicago…” magazine issue.
