My first day at L3 was great! I was honestly very nervous the day before, mainly because I didn’t know what to expect. I had heard amazing things about the agency and knew from the moment I started my research on them, that this was the place I wanted to work. The day started off with a team meeting check-in call where I got introduced to the rest of the staff. We even started off the meeting with squats to boost our energy. I am Not one for fitness, but Larvetta can be quite convincing. The digital environment was amazing and welcoming, and I already felt closer to the team just from that one video call. I was sad at first that I wouldn’t be able to start my first day in the office due to COVID-19, but it was immediately clear that Larvetta and Mia work very hard to organize day to day operations in a way that’s engaging and efficient. I immediately had work to do once our phone call was over and I couldn’t have asked for my first day to be any other way. It was clear that Larvetta trusted my capabilities and just wanted to see what I could do. Since then, I’ve been working on some really fun creative pieces for the agency and I’m becoming closer to the team day by day. My first day was amazing and truly set the tone for the amazing experiences I’ve had since.
